Clean and safe
We offer a clean and safe place to work hard. Coaches are trained in meeting you where you are starting from and explaining movements so you stay safe throughout. Safe also means mentally. We value each person for who they are, not how much they can lift. Folks of all backgrounds and fitness experience (or lack thereof) are welcome. Each class has a warm up, strength or skill piece, and a workout. The coach leads and demonstrates all movements and give guidance for each member to accomplish those movements. At the conclusion, all used equipment is sanitized before return and the floor mopped, ensuring a clean place for the next folks to enjoy!

Group Memberships: Adults, seniors, (kids and teens).
ADULTS – In Person
Join us for daily classes that will challenge you physically, engage you mentally and develop you relationally. No fitness or athletic experience is required or expected. Your coach will teach you all you need to know, every day. There will be a workout you can complete, alongside the rest of the community in your small group class.

ADULTS – Open Gym
This is designed for folks who can’t attend regular class times, or want to do some work in private. Instead of outfitting your garage or basement, we welcome you to come borrow our space and equipment. Come move whenever feels good for you to do so, along as you clean up after yourself. This option to use the gym is available only when a current class is not running.
Bonus! You will have access to our daily programming via the BTWB app. $60 per month, per person who wants to attend.
ADULTS – Online Only
Not quite sure you are ready for group classes? Or have an odd situation that currently limits your transportation to attend the class times? Or just want to get a taste of what this can be? We’ve got the option for you! Programming perfect for at home, at your convenience, while still developing muscle and building endurance. We recommend a set of dumbbells and a jump rope, but workouts can also be done with an old backpack, milk jug or whatever else you find around the house.
Bonus! The whole family can get involved. $50 per month, for the entire household!
KIDS (8-12yrs) CURRENTLY ON HOLD
We believe good fitness habits start at an early age, which is why we’ve started Kids Fitness. Participants will run, jump, swing, pull and push their way through an exciting class that will fly by!
The time for fun is Thursday from 4:30p – 5:30p. $45, rolling monthly membership.

TEENS (13-17yrs) CURRENTLY ON HOLD
Is your teen an athlete? Studies have shown that changing sports in the off season helps prevent injuries while better preparing their bodies for future competitions. Let us teach them skills / movements that will give them an edge. If your teen does not currently play a sport, give them the gift of enjoying what their body can do. Wellness is a lifelong journey, so let us help them create some healthy habits to carry on into adulthood.
Class is 4:30-5:30p on Thursday. $45, rolling monthly membership. If your teen is driving, you can speak to a coach about them joining the adult classes, for more weekly options.

The purpose of this class is to enhance and maintain or regain quality of life. We want you to continue to have the strength and energy to do the everyday things that bring you joy; like playing with grandchildren, participating in hobbies, pursuing new adventures and living independently as long as possible. Added bonus: you will love the time working out with your (new) friends. After all, it is a social hour, too.
So, grab some friends and let’s get started ~ because life matters.

Gain proficiency and confidence with the Olympic lifts every Sunday at VCF. We’ll drill technique in the snatch, clean and jerk as well as complementary strength and positioning exercises. Led by a USAW L1 certified coach, you’ll walk away with individualized cues that will transfer over to your daily WODs as well as improve overall strength capacity.
Open to lifters of any level, classes are every Sunday at noon. $25 monthly membership. New to lifting or want to check it out? Drop in for $10.
